After several years in the Public Law / Project Finance Department of Linklaters, Sébastien joined Bignon Lebray to create the Public Law and Environment Department in our Paris office.

In particular, he has developed his practice in advising and litigating on public contracts (e.g. public procurement and public-private partnerships), government assistance, urban planning and the environment, as well as in advising on public and regulatory aspects project finance, mergers and acquisitions / privatisation and public-sector finance transactions.
