Le cabinet intervient régulièrement dans des enquêtes pour ententes ou abus de position dominante instruites devant l’ Autorité de la Concurrence ou la Commission Européenne, ou bien devant les tribunaux français ou européens. Il dispose aussi d’une forte expertise dans la gestion des affaires mêlant le droit pénal et le droit de la concurrence. Le champ d’intervention de l’équipe couvre enfin le contentieux indemnitaire d’antitrust, et les dossiers complexes de contrôle des concentrations, d’aides d’état et les litiges de droit de la distribution (avec Barbara Levy qui est incontournable en contentieux de la distribution).
