Monique Ambal provides developers (including regional authorities, public bodies, local public establishments, private development companies etc.,) with the expertise she has acquired over 32 years of advising them on setting up and implementing their projects.

Her practice focuses on choosing the appropriate urban planning procedures or permits and land strategy that tackles issues related to the public domain, defining contractual links that can be implemented between project partners, potential marketing and competition procedures, drafting, negotiating and implementing letters of intent, implementation contracts, including development concessions, mandates, etc., specifications for calls for expressions of interest or tenders, land use agreements, provisional sale and purchase agreements, off-plan and forward sales, etc., public infrastructure financing methods (development tax at enhanced rates, public-private financing agreements, mixed development zones), as well as project management processes, the creation of inter-communal structures and the transfer of know-how in the development sector, and ways to set up, transform and liquidate various private, public and mixed structures (SEMs, SPLs, SPLAs and SEMOPs).
