Sylvain Staub is a Partner at DS Avocats in Paris. With extensive experience on the French market, he advises SMEs, intermediate-sized companies and key accounts on both transactional and contentious matters related to all areas of IT, software, e-commerce and data protection law.

Syvain is also the founder and CEO of LegalTech Data Legal Drive, a GDPR compliance management platform for all public and private companies.Sylvan has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1997 (Master’s (DESS) in Information and IT Law, Paris XI, Master’s (DEA) in Public Finance and Tax Law, l’Université de Paris II – Assas).

He joined Christiane Féral-Schuhl’s team at FG Associés, then the IT/Telecoms desk at Salans (Denton), before working for three years in the IT/Data department at Clifford Chance. He is the author of many articles and frequently speaks at conferences.
