Isabelle Carton de Grammont has been developing the firm’s urban planning, development, environmental and property practice for the past 25 years.

She regularly advises many public and private bodies on implementing their projects, in particular those related to development, urban planning, property and construction.

She also assists with identifying and implementing various procedures (including consultations, environmental studies, the full cycle of urban planning documentation, public enquiries, expropriation, pre-emption, etc.), permitting (such as urban planning and environmental permits), drafting decisions and contracts related to these transactions (including development concessions, performance contracts, protocols, participation agreements, terms and conditions for the transfer of land, etc.), as well as disputes and expert opinions in the area of construction law.
