Admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, Diane Jouffroy joined Gide in 2015 as an associate in its Paris office. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate law, private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.

Diane graduated from Paris West University Nanterre La Défense law school (Master's degree in French and Anglo-American law) and holds an LL.M. from New York University.
