Olivier Janoray is base in Taxand France where he is a tax partner at Arsene since 2021. He started his career in 2010 at Arsene and is in charge of the team dedicated to private clients.

Over the course of more than 13 years, Olivier has built up a wealth of experience in tax matters, in both advisory and litigation capacities, and provides support to entrepreneurs and families, as well as international groups.

As such, he is frequently involved in the implementation of business transfers or intergenerational transfers, the reorganization of holding and financing structures for business or personal assets, and the definition and implementation of executive compensation policies (employee shareholding, impatriation, expatriation, redundancy procedures).

Olivier is a lecturer at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University and Burgundy University where he is teaching inheritance taxation.

He is the author of numerous articles, including the acclaimed "La société holding animatrice : le nouveau 'sac d'embrouilles'" and "Départ à l'étranger et report d'imposition : le triangle des Bermudes".
