Partner - Her practice focuses on international mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions including leveraged acquisitions (LBOs), capital investment, joint-ventures, and general corporate and commercial assistance, representing French and foreign buyers and sellers (whether listed or unlisted) and private equity institutions.

Prior to joining the firm’s corporate / M&A department as a senior associate in 2018, Julie worked in the Paris offices of Olswang (2012-2015) and Latham & Watkins (2015-2018).
