After more than 15 years of professional practice, Huini LI's areas of expertise cover the classic areas of international business law such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border commercial contracts as well as international commercial dispute resolution.

Supported by Adaltys' expert public law team in France, her expertise has been extended in recent years to the fields of public/administrative law and the development of infrastructure construction projects and PPPs in China. Aware of the environment in which we live today and the solutions that new technologies can provide, Huini LI has developed a third area of her legal practice around renewable technologies, environmental protection and life sciences.
