Head of the tax department

Holder of the Diploma in Business Law and Taxation (DJCE) from the University of Lyon III, Jean-Philippe DEBATS began his career in the context of the development and implementation of the Optim'IS management software dedicated to management tax consolidation.

He acquired 10 years of experience within the DGFiP, within the Verification Brigade of the National and International Verifications Department (DVNI) specializing in the public sectors. As part of his responsibilities, he carried out the tax audit (IS, VAT, local direct taxes) of many concessionary companies and management companies, leaders in their fields of activity (water management, energy, treatment of waste, transport).

This experience allows him to understand the tax specificities of the delegated management of public service activities. As such, he has developed specific tax expertise in advising and supporting public service actors and delegated companies, which allows him to respond to all management issues in terms of commercial taxation applicable to these activities.

This experience as an inspector-auditor led him to apply tax audit methods in approaching his files and to meet the expectations of our clients in the context of monitoring audit procedures. As part of his time in an optimization firm, he carried out numerous diagnoses of many public and private operators, communities or companies (optimization of charges)
