Benoît Perrineau, Associate Lawyer and Head of the Planning / Construction / Real Estate Division, joined Earth Avocats in 2020, after having worked as a senior associate for nearly 6 years in the firm GENESIS, specializing in public law and 4 years in the SEBAN & Associés firm.

His professional practice focuses on public business law, with specific expertise in planning and town planning law, environmental law and commercial town planning.

He was in charge of tutorials in urban planning law at the University of Paris V (Paris Descartes) from 2014 to 2017, after having taught administrative law at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He participates in numerous conferences and training courses in planning and town planning law (EFE, SIC FORMATION, ECOA law school) and regularly writes articles in specialist journals.
