Ian Ouaknine works mainly in the areas of mergers / acquisitions and corporate law with clients of listed and unlisted companies in the context of national and international transactions. He advises industrial groups as well as investment banks, investment funds and management teams, in France or abroad.

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2010, he holds an LL.M in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Hong Kong (2009) as well as a Magistère Juriste d'Affaires-DJCE from the University of Paris 2 - Pantheon Assas (2007).

Before joining the firm as a partner, Ian worked in various international firms (Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Oslwang LLP and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei).

Ian Ouaknine is also a director of various companies in the field of Energy (Dunkirk LNG) and sustainable investment (INCO).
