David Franco is specialized in financing and restructuring transactions, mainly focusing on real estate assets (acquisitions or development of offices, retail, logistics, hospitality, healthcare or residential assets). He assists both investors (investment funds, institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, developers) and lenders (banks, financial institutions, insurance companies) located in France or abroad. David Franco also advises in debt restructuring within the framework of pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings.

Before joining Fairway, David Franco spent over 6 years in both the real estate and restructuring departments at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei law firm. Before this, he worked 6 years in the banking department at the law firm Allen & Overy.
