Juliette Bril is in charge of the firm’s environmental law department. Bilingual in English, she advises her foreign and French clients (investment funds, institutional investors, industrials, banks, insurance companies, developers, warehouse users, individuals…) in environmental law issues either in industrial regulations (classified facilities, pollution, waste, renewable energies …) or in property and warehouse regulations (green lease, asbestos, legionella…).

Her experience in real estate investments has allowed Juliette Bril to develop a specific expertise in environmental law issues in relation to real estate acquisitions or share deals (environmental due diligence, contract negotiations and liability guarantees).

Carrière

Juliette Bril began her career with Caroline London, a renowned environmental lawyer, before joining De Pardieu Brocas Mafféi law firm to lead the environmental law department for 10 years. In 2011, she joined the English firm Wragge & Co to set up the environmental law practice; then in 2013, she joined the law firm Franklin.
