Véronique Tuffal-Nerson is the founder of TNDA's law office and a partner in the employment law department. A specialist in labor law, Véronique regularly works on restructuring projects, relations with the work councils and high-risk litigation. She advises managers and HR officers on their company's social strategy. She is also a mediator and is called upon for collective mediations. Véronique is also regularly involved in compliance cases.

Véronique is a former Secretary of the Conference; she is also a former member of the Conseil de l'Ordre des Avocats du Barreau de Paris, and a former member of the CNB (Conseil National des Barreaux).

Véronique was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1979.
