Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1990), Christian is the cofounder of LWA and co-manages the Corporate practice since 1995.

Christian works on mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and equity capital transactions for listed and non-listed companies. He has also developed specific experience in Financial Law, in particular with respect to the financing of projects and assets (aircrafts, real property, communication means…), LBOs, investment capital transactions. He closely participates in the development of companies with a strong potential of growth, from their incorporation until their introduction on the stock exchange.

Before founding the Law Firm Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Christian began his career in the law firm Siméon Moquet Borde. In 1993, he integrated CDC Participations, PART’COM and INCOM, a risk capital and development capital subsidiary of Caisse des dépôts et consignations. Christian is a Colonel in the French citizen air force reserve.
