Laura supports listed and unlisted companies, startups, investment funds, executives, shareholders, and creditors, both French and international, in collective procedures, restructurings, or transactions. She also deals with governance conflicts or disputes with company lenders, as well as LBO debt restructurings.

Laura is a member of the Association for Business Recovery (ARE), Women in Restructuring (WIR), and the Association of Young Restructuring Professionals (AJR).
