Renee is a Legal Director in the Intellectual Property Group based in Dubai, specialising in all aspects of brand protection.

Renee first qualified as a New York State Attorney-at-Law and on return to Europe, qualified as both an Irish and UK Trade Mark Attorney. She has been in the Middle East since 2015, advising clients on brand protection issues across the MENA region and internationally. She particularly specialises in the protection and enforcement of trade marks, which includes clearance searches, international branding strategies, infringement actions, anti-counterfeiting measures and domain name disputes.

She represents clients across a wide variety of sectors including F&B, hospitality, fashion, cosmetics, electronics, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals. Having practised in multiple continents, her international experience allows her to bring a global and holistic approach to our clients' brand protection concerns.
