Gillian Caroe – CEDR Gillian Caroe of CEDR is ‘a highly skilled professional, who is adaptable in her style and ensures that an inclusive approach is adopted, so that those involved genuinely have an equal opportunity to participate’. CEDR-accredited in 2005, Caroe’s experience includes hundreds of successful interventions. She is one of only a few mediators to be awarded Fellow status by the Civil Mediation Council for both employment and workplace and commercial mediation. In a recent 12-month period, Caroe’s caseload covered commercial contracts, employment, workplace, property, and healthcare-related mediations, as well as education, probate, and construction and engineering disputes.
