Whilst in private practice, Patrick specialised in property law and has earned a reputation as a leader in that field, appearing in all courts, the Lands Tribunal and the Agricultural Land Tribunal. He now mediates full time whilst also sitting part-time as Recorder and Deputy High Court Judge.
