Jason is an accomplished business litigator, with significant experience also representing corporate policyholders in a wide range of insurance coverage disputes. He serves as chair of Much's Commercial Litigation group.
Previously, Jason served for five years as the Managing Partner of a highly regarded boutique business litigation firm and then served for five additional years as the Managing Partner of its successor firm's Chicago office. As a result, he understands the challenges of running a business and brings a practical, results-oriented approach to his work.
Jason has testified before juries and in arbitration as an expert witness on insurance issues, and he was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel. He is a regular speaker, author, and commentator on both business litigation and insurance topics, and he previously served as a regular contributor to CPA Insider, a publication of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
