Based out of Crowell & Moring LLP's New York office, Randa Adra is involved in high-stakes international commercial and investment arbitration, especially involving clients active in the health care, pharmaceuticals, construction and infrastructure industries. Randa has been nationally and globally recognized by Law360, the American Bar Association, and Bloomberg Law as a rising star in international arbitration.
Randa’s practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration under the rules of all major arbitral institutions. She also regularly advises on U.S. arbitration and litigation matters and has particular experience with disputes at the cross-section of these practice areas. Randa leverages her experience as lead counsel on matters spanning a broad spectrum of industries—including health care, pharmaceuticals, construction, infrastructure, energy, hospitality, and consumer products—to provide industry-specific counseling and commercially minded solutions for clients that are both efficient and cost-effective.
Randa is trilingual and currently serves as co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative. She has also served as a leader on the firm’s Diversity Council and co-founded Crowell’s MENA Affinity Group. An active member in numerous industry organizations, Randa currently serves on the Board of ArabArb, an association she co-founded that serves the arbitration community with roots, affinity, or interest in the Arab World.
