Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996, François de Navailles began his career in Coopers & Lybrand CLC Juridique et fiscal firm, then at Gide Loyrette Nouel in the tax department, then in the mergers and acquisitions department. He joined Veil Jourde as a partner in 2006. He intervenes both in the field of transactions, acquisitions and divestures, and private equity. He is regularly advising for renewable energies sector, real estate actors and financial sector.
