Founded by Rémi Sermier and David Epaud, after fifteen years in various international and French law firms, Pamina Avocats assists its clients on all legal issues arising in the relations between economic operators and public authorities. The firm assists in advisory work as well as in litigation. It offers its clients constant availability and the personal involvement of seasoned partners, working in either French or English, throughout the matters.

Regarding the regulation of economic activities, the firm notably has a strong expertise in the field of pricing policies. It regularly assists clients before the European Commission and the EU courts in the context of State aid issues.

The firm is active in the structuring of complex contractual transactions, in the supervision of tender procedures and in all aspects of contractual implementation: penalties, expert processes, early terminations, insolvencies, relations with the subcontractors, arbitration proceedings and negotiated settlements. In particular, it has extensive experience in telecommunications, transport infrastructure (including ports and airports) as well as in the construction and maintenance of buildings under public-private partnerships.

Regarding real estate public law and urban planning, the firm assists its clients with respect to the awarding and implementation of occupancy agreements, and to litigation regarding the issuance of building permits.
