Acquisitions, transfers, raising capital, restructuring Ariane handles equity operations on a daily basis, but also partnering or disengagement issues, for which she has developed a “Spark method” based on coaching and mediation. Because she is first and foremost an entrepreneur, “building” is her favourite verb: specifications, solutions, risk management tools for her clients, or even a firm, a team and all sorts of projects: according to her, everything is built!

Florian Mayor is a business law lawyer. He supports the clients alongside Ariane. He intervenes on fundraising, sale or takeover of business. He has also supported search funds. He particularly enjoys advising entrepreneurs, and in particular the managers and founders of start-ups, in their development process. And be associated with them in the construction of their strategy.

When he is not reading Churchill’s memoir (which he began with the intention of learning it all off by heart…), Mathieu is a collaborator in SPARK’s department of business law, which he joined after having completed his final Lille lawyers’ school internship there.

Priscille MAIRE

Priscille joined the firm at the end of her 6-month internship in our team for her first collaboration. She assists the firm’s clients alongside Ariane Olive. In this capacity, she is involved in the legal follow-up of companies as well as in fund raising, acquisition and disposal operations for French and foreign clients.

Sonia CODAZZI

Sonia is passionate about the legal field, whilst seeking to adapt it to individuals’ specific needs (with a “pragmatic” approach). A collaborator in our business law department, she joined SPARK where she completed her final internship as part of her training at the Paris lawyers’ school.
