Dana Anagnostou is co-managing partner of Kramer Levin's Paris office. Her practice focuses on cross-border corporate and finance transactions involving French, U.S. and English law. She advises companies and financial services institutions on international M&A deals, with an emphasis on middle-market transactions, and provides strategic advice to a variety of French and international clients on corporate and compliance matters (including internal investigations relating to Sapin II and FCPA issues). Dominique Penin

Gilles Saint Marc

Gilles Saint Marc is partner. He co-leads the Alternative Investment Management practice in the Paris office, offering a global and integrated vision on regulatory, transactional structuring and operations matters. Gilles focuses on advising businesses (notably SMEs and midcaps); structuring bonds; EuroPP, USPP or Schuldschein issues, debt and securitization funds under French and Luxembourg law (FPE, ELTIF, FIS or Luxembourg-FIAR), as well as fintech (crowdfunding, blockchain, DSP2).

Guillaume Forbin

Partner handling commercial, industrial and criminal litigation, as well as the contractual practice of business law. Guillaume counsels French and foreign clients on judicial strategies and represents them in complex litigation often involving aspects of international law, in all the state jurisdictions. He also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation.

Hubert De Vauplane

Hubert de Vauplane is in charge of Fintech practice in the Paris office with partner Gilles Saint Marc, offering a global and integrated vision on regulatory and transactional structuring and operations matters. Hubert advises on EU and French laws on financial services, banking regulation, e-money payment services, virtual assets regulation, blockchain legal issues. Hubert advises mainly FinTech, VASP, Funds, corporates and financial institution. Hubert is also professor at the Paris Institute for Political Sciences (IEP Paris), teaching banking law and blockchain legal issues.

Hugues Bouchetemble

Partner focusing on regulatory banking and financial transactions, and assists banks, investment firms, and life insurers for questions related to the creation of regulated institutions, internal organization, compliance, distribution of financial products, and cross-border banking and financing. Hugues regularly represents clients before the Sanctions Commission of French regulators (AMF and ACPR). He advises major corporates, both at the investigation level and at the disciplinary level, and also acts in judicial litigation involving the responsibility of regulated institutions.

Marie Davy

Partner handling commercial, industrial, corporate and liability litigation, representing French and foreign clientele in complex disputes involving international law issues. She advises and assists clients in the drafting and securing of all their commercial agreements, as well as in asset deals and contractual audits. Marie advises clients on issues related to distribution law and consumer law, particularly in the context of DGCCRF investigations

Marie-Christine Fournier-Gille

Partner who focuses on business law, representing clients, in particular banking institutions, factoring companies, primarily in commercial litigation, advising them on bankruptcy, and restructuring matters. Marie-Christine has extensive trial experience before the French courts, and in insolvency proceedings, in which she regularly advises creditors at all stages, including negotiation of agreements, drafting of legal documentation and contentious interventions. She also handles cases relating to construction and co-proprietorship law and to family law, and advises small and medium-sized companies in company law.

Ophélie Boulos
